Thank you for your purchase at My GPL Hub, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products are sold under the General Public License (GPL), and we offer a 7-day return policy.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Return

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only products that fail to work as promised or described are eligible for return. Given the nature of GPL-licensed products, returns for reasons other than functionality issues cannot be accepted.
• The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Process for Returns

1. Notification: To initiate a return, you must first contact us at mygplhub@gmail.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
2. Confirmation: We will review your request and, if the return meets our policy criteria, provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Exchange Policy

• If you prefer to exchange a non-functional product for another, you may request an exchange within the 7-day return period.
• The exchange is subject to the same conditions as returns; it must be because the product is not working as described.

Refund Policy

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
